Welcome to the Sisters of Mercy's online customer panel
(e-panel). By participating in our e-panel, you have the opportunity to provide feedback about your healthcare experiences and expectations. Your valuable comments will guide us to bringing you a better healthcare experience. Best of all, participating via e-panel allows you to provide online feedback quickly and privately from the convenience of your computer.

E-panel Details

To Qualify

You must have received services from your local Mercy provider within the last six months and/or be a current member of Mercy Health Plans (Mercy Coworkers are not eligible to participate in the e-panel).

To Register

Please click on the "Our Focus is You" icon on this page to begin your registration process. Once you have registered, you will receive an email invitation to participate in the first survey within a few weeks.

About the E-panel Survey

The survey should not take longer than 3-5 minutes. Please note that your participation and feedback remains confidential and will only be used for internal marketing research. In addition, you will never be asked to purchase anything as a result of your participation in this group.
