Member Connection Enhancements Now Available to all Plan Members

Mercy Health Plans' Member Connection site now offers all health plan members secure, self-service access to valuable information about their benefits, claims information and other resources through mercyhealthplans.com.

Benefits

All Mercy Health Plans members, including MercyOne and Mercy MedicareADVANTAGE members, now have online access to view their detailed benefit information available at any time. The summary of benefits is in a PDF format so members can easily print, save or e-mail the document for future reference.

Claims

Members may view summaries of medical and prescription drug claims and explanations of benefits for medical visits received by Mercy Health Plans.

Enhanced claims details also include:

• Date and type of service
• Provider and facility utilized for medical visits
• Benefit plan payments
• Member claim responsibilities: co-pay and/or coinsurance, applied deductibles, non-covered expenses and any amount that may be owed

For additional support, Deductible and Out of Pocket Maximum accumulator tracking tools are available online.
