Giving Back

Our Co-worker Outreach program enables employees to volunteer up to eight hours annually to support the non-profit organization(s) or school of their choice.

Some of the possible Co-worker Outreach opportunities include:

• Assisting in disaster relief
• Helping special-needs children and adults
• Support food drive efforts
• Leading Scouting and mentoring programs
• Providing assistance at homeless shelters
• Community activism, serving on councils and boards

Co-workers may participate in the Co-worker Outreach program individually or efforts may be combined with other co-workers and departments.

Environmental Responsibility

At Mercy Health Plans, we share the global responsibility for protecting and preserving our environment today and for future generations. We encourage and promote paper-reduction practices and participate in environmental stewardship.
